Why worry, Have faith

No matter how much I worry about a problem, will my worried mind reach a solution?

It is very unlikely. What will probably happen is that I will become upset and frustrated, and feel heavy and burdened. I may lose sleep, lose appetite, lose everything-probably all I will gain is an ulcer, a wrinkled brow and tension.

I can make quite a hobby out of worrying. I worry about the noise and then complain when it is too quit. I worry about having too many sunny dry spells and then complain when it rains. I may even be worried about worrying too much. It is essential to take an honest interest in what goes on around me, and of course it is always wise to analyse a situation and take the necessary precautions to avoid being influenced by anything negative. However, when all is said and done, my tense and burdened mind will not be able to function clearly enough to arrive at a suitable to a problem.

maybe I should just do the best that I can beyond that leave it in the hands of god. To have faith in the self, faith in God and faith in God's plan is a sure way to remain clear and free of burdens.

The problem as opportunities

When a problem comes, do i panic or do I see it as a challenge? Something the whole words seems like a problem; sometimes I need to create problem ; A problem is only a problem when I call it a problem. A situation is only as difficult as I want it to be.

Difficulties and disappointments are the events which lead me to maturity. After all, wisdom does not necessarily come with age; it is the gift of experience.

I have the tendency to imagine that my problem are greater and more important than anyone else's. It is in fact a subtle form of of ego; the feeling that "my problem is worse than your problem, so you must give me regard".

More often I am so confused and clouded that i cannot see a clear way out of a given problem, with the result that fear and tension build up, and I become irritable and filed with self-pity. In that frame of mind the smallest obstacle becomes huge.

I keep running away from situation that i fined disagreeable; and the further I run away from a problem, the more difficult it is to resolve.
